At Roselight Co, every candle is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and intention. To maintain quality standards and ensure fairness, we have outlined our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns only in cases where the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as fragrance preference, change of mind, or aesthetic expectations.

Minor surface imperfections or slight damages caused during transit are considered normal and do not qualify for a refund.

Refunds will be initiated only in cases of major breakage observed at the time of receiving the order.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Proof

To be eligible for a refund:

A clear, continuous unboxing video (from sealed package to product) is mandatory.

The video must be shared via email within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims without an unboxing video will not be considered.
3. Refunds

We offer refunds only; replacements are not provided.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Shipping & Return Costs

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer for orders valued below ₹2000.

Original shipping charges are not refunded under any circumstances.
5. Bulk & Custom Orders

Bulk, customized, personalized, and branded orders are strictly non-refundable once confirmed.

Roselight Co is not responsible for transit damage in bulk orders.

No refunds or replacements will be provided for bulk orders affected during transit.
6. Sale & Festive Collections

Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotions are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Festive and limited-edition collections are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
7. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only in cases of major damage (subject to verification).

Exchanges are not permitted for fragrance preferences or minor defects.
